Also note that if you purchase a Deutz-Fahr product equipped with an active “Agrosky” telemetric data transmission device, additional consent will be requested to allow the manufacturer SDF and MRG to use this data in a very specific framework, which will be specified in this consent form.

Law modernizing legislative provisions on the protection of personal information
As part of the new Law modernizing legislative provisions on the protection of personal information (the “Law 25”), which comes into effect on September 22, 2022, we appoint Stéphane Bonin as responsible for the protection of our customers’ personal information. Comply with the new framework for the communication of personal information without the consent of the person concerned for study, research or statistics purposes and in the context of a commercial transaction;
Conduct a privacy factor assessment (“PFA”) before communicating personal information without the consent of the persons concerned for study, research or statistics purposes;
Disclose to the CAI in advance the verification or confirmation of identity made by means of biometric characteristics or measures.
